New Total Industries Location: Livermore

Goodbye Hayward, Hello Livermore!

Over the past three years, Total Industries has outgrown our Hayward location. After expanding the rental fleet, adding service technicians, and increasing inventory to support customer needs – we ran out of space! Every morning the warehouse team moved equipment from the warehouse into the yard to make room for the day-to-day operation. At night, all the equipment had to get moved back inside again. Something had to be done…

Finally, we found a 64,000 square foot facility in the East Bay on four acres. It’s just minutes off Highway 580 in Livermore and about 40% bigger than the Hayward location.

Forklift Training, Tires and Ride/Drive Showroom in the East Bay

The larger location allows us to offer new products and services including:

• A showroom where customers can ride/drive equipment on a fully-functioning racking aisle
• 60% larger parts department
• Increased forklift tire inventory and service
• 52-seat classroom for workshops, forklift operator training and events
• In-plant paint booth for used equipment, service and rental fleet

We firmly believe customers are the reason for our existence our continued success. We are more than excited about this next chapter and what it will bring to Total Industries team members and the businesses we support. The new Livermore location should be open by March 31st, 2017, but banners are already up and can be seen from the freeway.
