What is CORE?
The California Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) is a state-funded program designed to help businesses purchase eligible zero-emission off-road equipment by providing point-of-sale vouchers that reduce the upfront purchase price.
The program supports the adoption of cleaner equipment while helping businesses lower operating costs and reduce emissions. Funding is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and demand has historically been very high.
- SIGNIFICANT upfront savings through voucher incentives on eligible equipment purchases.
- Funding is limited and previous funding rounds have been oversubscribed, meaning available funds can be exhausted quickly after applications open.
- Additional funding may be available for qualifying small businesses.
